BRADY

Brady is 17 years old, was diagnosed with B cell ALL Leukemia with Philadelphia Positive Chromosome over the summer of 2015 and is in the heat of his battle and treatment.

Brady's makeover was co-sponsored by Carson McLaughlin, a junior at Renaissance Academy as his senior project, and funds we received in loving memory of Gregory Hampton who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2015. Carson, Gregory's wife and daughters also helped with the makeover.

Brady and his twin brother Brett are both volunteer fire fighters and asked for a new "man cave" in their basement with that theme. We completed their makeover in January 2017.

ABBY

Abby is a 15 year old girl who was diagnosed with Anaplastic Anemia in September 2016. She was only been able to go to school for 3 days for the 2016-17 school year because of her illness, weakened immune system and treatments. While she was in CHOP undergoing a bone marrow transplant, we completed her room makeover on April 29th so she could come to not only a newly renovated room...but one that is safer for her to be in. We also re-decorated her bathroom with all new things to be safer for her immune system.

Abby plays softball so we incorporated that into her theme of soft grays and white with accents of gold and purple. Abby has an older sister Mikaela who we gave a new study space to and a younger brother Declan who got some new decorative touches in his sports room.

Abby's makeover was sponsored by Trinity UMC Mullica Hill both financially and with volunteers.

HENRY AND ELLIOTT

Just look at these two sweet brothers...Elliott and Henry! Both boys have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a muscle degenerative disease. This was another partnership project with Happy 2 be Home where the family's garage has been converted into bedrooms, a mudroom and bathroom for the boys since they are having difficulty using the stairs up to where their bedroom used to be. We went in after the construction to furnish/accessorize with stuff the boys like...Star Wars, soccer and Avengers!! We even gave Elliott a custom built raised dog bed for his new service dog Conley.

Their makeover was completed in May.

POTTSTOWN HOSPITAL

During the spring and summer of 2017, we had the privilege of partnering with Tri County Area Federal Credit Union to update/decorate/furnish several patient rooms, the nurse's break room and the play room in the pediatric unit of Pottstown Hospital and one of the ER bays used for children during emergencies.

Each room had a theme - Beach, Minions, Legos and Under the Sea.

COLIN

This is 13 year old Colin! He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a muscle degenerative disease. Colin is dependent upon his wheelchair to get around so we will be giving him some things in his room to help him function better - a mechanical bed and a desk he will be able to roll his wheelchair up to. He loves scary movies, playing video games and legos. His younger sister, Sara is an avid ballet/tap/jazz dancer who also likes to do crafts and read.

Their makeover was completed on November 10/11th.

MALACHI

Malachi is 4 years old and has cancer in his ribs. He has had surgery to remove 3 ribs and will be in treatment for at least a year including chemo, scans and possible future surgeries.

Malachi loves dinosaurs and trains so we gave him lots of dinos in his room! He has a younger sister, Mackenzie, who shares a room with his older stepsister, Victoria. Their room was done in owls and Hello Kitty.

We completed their makeover on December 8th.
